Any FHA member in a good standing wishing to make a notice of motion to amend the current FHA By-Law No.1 (link above), commonly known as the FHA constitution, must complete the form availavle through the Notice of Motion link. The template provides general information on completing the form. A copy signed by two FHA members in good standing must be recieved by the FHA Secretary on or before 6:30p, Sunday April 22nd. A scanned digital copy can be sent by email to secretary@flamboroughhockey.com or the original hard copy by mail to P.O Box 1393, Waterdown, Ontario L0R 2H0.
